a little about dan
Twenty-four years building homes. I’ll tell you what’s wrong with one, too.
I was a Red Seal journeyman carpenter from 1980. Custom homes, renovations, commercial work, the SkyDome in Toronto. I got my real estate licence in 2004 and have been selling in Penticton and the South Okanagan with Royal LePage Locations West ever since.
That background changes how I show a house. Most agents describe one. I read it: the grade, the roofline, what is behind the drywall, and which problems are cheap to fix and which are not. Buyers hear it on the walkthrough before they write an offer. Sellers hear it before we set a price.
Most of my work is people selling the family home and buying what may be their last one. I still do a bit of everything, condos included, right across the South Okanagan.
